Jessica was instrumental in helping us with the process and negotiation in purchasing our new home. She started off as a realtor on a house my wife and I were looking at. We felt so welcome during the process that we asked her to be our realtor when we wanted to look for houses. After getting into an interesting highest and best offer on the first house she helped us realize it was not for us.   On the second house we liked we were also out offered. The third house we found the day after it got listed. We let her know and she called the listing agent that night. The agent informed her he was currently going over other offers with the sellers. Jessica convinced them to leave and let us walk through in the next hour. We ended up getting that house. Jessica was very knowledgeable when looking for homes. She helped us find the perfect home. We had an issue with stars chimney and them fixing what was on inspection, but Jessica got everything handled and stars chimney had to fix the entire fireplace!! She is awesome!!
